We are working to make our hearts barrier-free

  • At Kisoji No Yado Iwaya, we do everything we can to make our stay as comfortable as possible for many guests, including elderly guests and guests with disabilities.
  • There is a ramp next to the entrance.
  • We provide portable ramps to eliminate steps when entering the rooms.
  • Guests in wheelchairs can enter the dining area.
  • The aisles are wide enough for wheelchair access.
  • Shower chairs are provided in the large public bath.
  • There are handrails in the large public bath to assist with bathing.
  • We provide rental partitions and private rooms for people with developmental disabilities.
  • Pointing and conversation sheets are available for those with hearing impairments.
